Terms of Service

Welcome to Live GP. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Live GP website, apps and data services (the "Service"). By using Live GP you agree to these terms.

1 · Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 16 years old and that you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2 · Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

• One account per person; accounts are not transferable.
• You may close your account at any time from your profile settings.
• We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

3 · Pro demo access

Live GP currently offers a free tier and an authenticated seven-day Fake Pro demo for product testing. The current demo does not collect payment details, create a paid subscription, charge a card, or renew automatically.

• The demo temporarily enables the existing live-timing and current-season analytics abilities.
• You can cancel an active Fake Pro demo from the Pro page.
• No paid checkout is available through the current product-testing flow.
• Any future paid plan will be presented separately with its confirmed price, renewal terms, cancellation terms and payment processor before purchase.

4 · Data & accuracy

Timing, results and analytics are provided for informational and entertainment purposes. While we work to keep data accurate and timely, the Service may contain delays, errors or omissions. Live GP is not a source of official results and should not be relied upon for betting or commercial decisions.

5 · Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service. In particular, you may not:

• Scrape, resell or redistribute data feeds without written permission.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access to the Service.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to infringe others' rights.

6 · Intellectual property

The Live GP name, interface, design and original content are owned by Live GP and protected by law. Third-party marks, team names and driver names remain the property of their respective owners and are used for identification only.

7 · Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Live GP is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

8 · Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised version here and update the "last updated" date. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
